The catwalk queen got hot and sweaty with two female models and a lucky male guest while a crowd of onlookers snorted cocaine and ogled the eye-popping performance.
Kate gasped with pleasure along with the professional female models and stocky fella in her £2,500-a-night suite on the eighth floor of
Kate's boyfriend JAMIE HINCE was in the other room during the orgy, but his band THE KILLS' new album, No Wow, was her choice of CD to set the mood in the master bedroom.
A fellow party guest who witnessed the four-in-a-bed romp, told me: "Kate was loving the attention from the girls, the bloke—and the crowd. It was standing room only.
"They were all over each other but it was her night."
It's a saucy echo of Kate's infamous The Beautiful And The Damned birthday bash four years ago which ended up in a no-holds-barred orgy involving Kate's fashion friend SADIE FROST and other party guests.
My insider, who was present at Wednesday's 18-hour birthday celebration, revealed that the orgy was already in full swing by 3am, when Kate arrived at the room.
Earlier she had been out at the Punk nightclub enjoying the company of her celeb guests, who included BOBBY GILLESPIE, DAVINIA TAYLOR, KELLY OSBOURNE, DAVID WALLIAMS and RONNIE WOOD.
My source said: "Kate kept disappearing into the toilets with her friends for giggles and girly chats. She was full of energy that night."

"Security was watertight," revealed my source. "Nobody made it through the suite doors who wasn't already on a pre-approved list. Once you were inside it was obvious why.

LILY ALLEN SUFFERS MISCARRIAGE
Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage, The Sun is reporting. The British paper were also the first to report the surprising news of the 22 year old's pregnancy. This would have been the first child for Allen and her boyfriend of four months, Chemical Brother Ed Simons. "They are in a state of shock," a source tells The Sun. "The bad news has been really difficult for them to take and they are absolutely heartbroken. Lily’s entire outlook on life changed after she found out she was pregnant. She was looking forward to being a mum and starting a family with Ed. She had turned her back on her party girl image and had turned over a new leaf. They are surrounded by friends and family are offering support. It is a really difficult time for them." Lily's publicist has confirmed the sad news. "We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage," says Allen's rep. "She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time."

Dispelling rumors of an impending divorce, Amy Winehouse declared her devotion to incarcerated husband Blake Fielder-Civil Friday. "I love you handsome, you gorgeous one," she shouted across the packed courtroom as he was led back to jail.
Winehouse – who has been photographed recently with ex-boyfriend Tyler James – then snapped to the press: "I'm not talking to you."
Looking dazed, the 24-year-old singer arrived more than an hour late to a hearing in her husband's case at London's Snaresbrook Crown Court. (Fielder-Civil, 25, has been accused of attempting to manipulate a witness in his upcoming assault trial.) Accompanied by two minders, she turned up five minutes before the hearing's end and at first stood outside the court, peering through a panel of glass in the door. The court usher then escorted her in alone while her companions waited outside.
She then took a seat next to Blake's mother, Georgette Civil. Despite reports that Civil has been urging her son to divorce the chanteuse, there appeared to be no tension between the two women, with Winehouse kissing her mother-in-law, then holding her left hand between her own.
Winehouse blew kisses to her husband of eight months, who was seated with the other defendants behind glass. She mouthed "love you" several times, and Fielder-Civil mouthed: "Are you OK?" Winehouse nodded, blew him another kiss and playfully stuck out her tongue.
Winehouse wore a wrinkled cream denim skirt with red marker scribbles on the back. Her newly platinum hair was disheveled, but her trademark eye makeup was perfect. At the end of the hearing – which was mostly administrative – Georgette Civil escorted an unsteady-on-her-feet Winehouse into the witness waiting room. The pair then left the courthouse, Civil with her arm around Winehouse's waist.

News Reports: The Queen of Daytime and Discovery Communications announced a deal Tuesday under which the Discovery Health network will be handed over to Winfrey next year and renamed OWN—the Oprah Winfrey Network. Winfrey, who will serve as chairman of the venture, called the deal "the fulfillment of yet another dream for me." Creating her own network was, she said, a goal she's had for the last 16 years. "I said from the beginning that this was an opportunity for me to step out of the box and make the kind of shows that make my heart sing," she said, emphasizing that she planned to keep the focus on "mindful, not mindless, television."

LOS ANGELES - Brad Renfro, the young actor whose film career began at age 12 with "The Client" before dissolving as he struggled with drug and alcohol problems, has died. He was 25. His body was found in his Los Angeles home early Tuesday, his lawyer Richard Kaplan said. The cause of death was not immediately known.
Renfro served 10 days in jail in May 2006 after pleading no contest to driving while intoxicated and pleading guilty to attempted possession of heroin.
He starred opposite Susan Sarandon and Tommy Lee Jones in "The Client." His other credits include "Ghost World" and "The Jacket."

BJORK ATTACKS....AGAIN!
AP Reports: Icelandic singer Bjork attacked a newspaper photographer shortly after she arrived at New Zealand's Auckland International Airport on Sunday, local media reported. Bjork, who is in the northern city of Auckland to perform at the Big Day Out concert on Friday, tore "New Zealand Herald" photographer Glenn Jeffrey's shirt after he photographed her arriving at the airport early Sunday, he told news agency New Zealand Press Association according to a report on Monday. Jeffrey, a news photographer for 25 years, said Bjork was accompanied by a man who asked him not take photos. "I took a couple of pictures ... and as I turned and walked away she came up behind me, grabbed the back of my black skivvy (T-shirt) and tore it," he told the agency. "As she did this, she fell over, she fell to the ground," he said. "At no stage did I touch her or speak with her." Bjork said nothing throughout the incident but her male companion was saying: "'B, don't do this, B, don't do this,'" Jeffrey said. Jeffrey said he spoke with Auckland police about the incident later Sunday.

BRIT TO COPS: I'M F**KING HOT!
TMZ Reports: Law enforcement sources have told TMZ about the craziness in Britney's house the night she was committed. It involves profanity, nudity, drugs and wild mood swings.
Sources say when the cops showed up, Britney was locked in the master bathroom with Jayden James. Officers saw Britney from the backyard holding Jayden, who did not appear to be upset. Britney refused to come out for nearly three hours. When she did, all she was wearing was panties. Britney was incoherent, screaming at the cops, "What the f*** are you doing in my house? I know who you are." She continued ranting, "I don't need your f***ing help." At one point Britney, whose moods swung wildly from laughter to rage to sobs, hollered, "You will do as I say."
At some point Britney put on a see-through nightgown. Before police took her outside, they wanted to cover her with a sweater, and she screamed, "Don't cover me up. I'm f***ing hot." Britney's assistant and nanny were present during the standoff. At one point the assistant told the police that Britney had been "popping pills" all day. Her code for medication was "vitamins" and she repeatedly demanded, "Get me my vitamins!" Officers found a bottle of Prozac in her bedroom.
Sam Lutfi arrived and told officers that he and the others around Britney "knew this was coming for a long time," but didn't know how bad it would be. The assistant also told cops that earlier in the day, Britney showed no concern about attending her deposition and would not heed her warnings to show up on time. Sam told law enforcement that Britney had been extremely unstable and had recently purchased a house in Malibu on a whim, began moving furniture in and then changed her mind.
As for Jayden James, the reason cops took him to the hospital was because there was a small bruise on his leg. Britney insisted the bruise occurred on Kevin's watch. Police took Jayden to Cedars as a precautionary measure. We're told police will testify about the insanity at Monday's custody hearing.
And one more thing -- the nanny told cops that Britney would frequently dress up to the nines for no reason. She would walk around the house and change back.

The source adds the pop star never threatened suicide during the four-hour standoff at her

JAKE'S BOY-TOY PLEADS GUILTY!
Yahoo News reports: Austin Nichols, who portrayed the title character in HBO's "John From Cincinnati" (but may be known better to Missionaries far and wide as Jake Gyllenhaal's trusty boy-wonder), has pleaded guilty to impaired driving and paid a $1,000 fine. The 27-year-old actor pleaded by mail on Thursday to a misdemeanor charge of driving while visibly impaired. The plea stems from an incident in Jackson last August, when Nichols was staying with family at nearby Clark Lake. "John From Cincinnati" was canceled last year. Nichols also appeared in "Deadwood."

Court awards Spears' kids to K-Fed
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Britney Spears was derailed yet again in her struggle to get her life back on track, losing custody of her two sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline. A court commissioner Friday gave sole physical and legal custody of the former couple's two little boys to Federline and suspended the troubled pop star's visitation rights.
Spears was hauled away from her home to a hospital by paramedics a day before, after police had to intervene when she refused to return the children to Federline after a court-monitored visit.
Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered another hearing to be held Jan. 14.
Federline had previously been awarded temporary custody of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James because Spears has defied court orders, resulting in limitations on her visitation.
"I'm not happy about any of these events," Federline attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said when he left a closed-door emergency hearing Friday afternoon. "There's no winners here."
Federline was not in court for the hearing, Kaplan said.
The attorney had said he did not expect the ruling to be released until Monday, but it was issued shortly after the hearing concluded.
Law professor Steve Cron, who is not involved in the Spears-Federline matter, predicted that Spears will face sanctions from the court for her behavior.
"My guess is that she won't be seeing her kids for a while," said Cron, who teaches at
Gordon has little option other than to further reduce the time Spears can legally spend with her children, Cron said, "at least for the time being until she gets some help. She's obviously a very troubled person."
The 26-year-old pop star remained hospitalized Friday.
Her latest troubles began around 8 p.m. Thursday when officers were called to her home to help resolve a dispute over her refusal to turn the children over to Federline, as dictated by their custody agreement.
It took two to three hours to resolve the conflict, said
"There was a time where she was within the residence and wasn't available to be speaking to the officers, apparently," she said. "There was no threat to the children."
"Police resolved the conflict," Aguirre said. "Both children were turned over to her ex-husband Kevin Federline for custody, and she was in fact taken to a local hospital for medical treatment."
Early police reports said officers thought Spears might have been under the influence of some substance, but Aguirre said there was no evidence of that.
"Our understanding is that was not the case," she said.
Officers at the scene determined that paramedics "needed to be called" but it was unclear why, she said.
"We're not aware of any type of injuries that she sustained" and she was not combative with authorities, Aguirre said.
Spears wasn't arrested in connection with the custody dispute, Aguirre said.
"There was no actual crime that was involved," the police spokeswoman said.
Kaplan said he went to
Spears' mother, Lynne Spears, also would not disclose any information about her daughter's condition. "Just say prayers," she told the celebrity news show "Access Hollywood" by phone Friday.
Hospital spokeswoman Simi Singer wouldn't confirm or deny reports in entertainment media that Spears would be held for 72 hours for psychological evaluation. The reports didn't identify their sources.
Spears "needs an enormous amount of help to find out why the erratic behavior," said Ruth Schreibman, a marriage and family therapist who does not treat the pop star.
"Is she bipolar? Is she depressed? Is it postpartum depression? Is it drugs and alcohol?" she said. "There's just so much attention and it's such an accelerated speed of life that how can there be any normalcy?"
Spears and Federline were married in October 2004. Her life has spiraled downward since their divorce in July. She has been photographed without underwear and appeared to be drunk and out of control in public. She shaved her head, beat a car with an umbrella and spent a month in rehab.
She had hoped to regain her pop crown with a much-hyped performance at MTV's Video Music Awards in September, but it was universally panned by fans and critics.
Still, Spears' latest album, "Blackout," earned positive reviews when it was released in October and brought Spears her first No. 1 hit in years, "Gimme More."
However, Spears remains a paparazzi target for her bizarre antics, which include frequent stops at gas-station bathrooms and holing up in a hotel room with a paparazzo.
Her 16-year-old sister, Jamie Lynn, made headlines last month when she announced that she is pregnant.

The site of her Oxygen "reality" show Inn Love has now returned back to the original owners.
"We are officially open for business again," said a receptionist at Oak Creek Manor. The bed and breakfast welcomed their first guests, after the reality show rental period expired, the weekend of December 14.
"The inn will maintain most of Tori and Dean's new room colors but will return a couple of rooms to their original splendor which matches the architecture: Colonial," says owner Patricia King.
And, if you're inclined to buy it, Chateau LaRue is up for sale by King.
The asking price? $2.3 to $2.75 million!

"Every car that is pulling out of the summit is being flooded with papparazzi flashbulbs because they think it might be Brit," an on-the-scene source tells us.

BRITNEY'S LAWYERS QUIT
Britney Spears's latest lawyer, Sorrell Trope, filed a request to withdraw from the singer's custody case, court documents show.
"There has been a breakdown in communications between (Spears) and Trope & Trope (law firm) making further representation of her interests impossible," says the document.
Trope gave no further details.
"A lawyer cannot simply withdraw from a case," he says. "We will ask the court to relieve us." A hearing is set for Feb. 4.
That will be followed by a hearing for Spears and Kevin Federline in the custody case on Feb. 19.
Trope was Spears's third lawyer in her ongoing battle with her ex-husband.
Her first attorney, Laura Wasser, resigned from her case in September shortly after Spears's divorce from Federline was finalized.
Spears then hired the firm Freid & Goldsman, but their relationship ended within days.
Trope faced an uphill legal battle in the Spears case. Shortly after his firm took over, the singer temporarily lost custody of her sons,
While she did regain her visitation rights, Trope's tenure has been fraught with setbacks, including Spears missing numerous drug-testing calls, her skipping of a deposition due to an alleged illness, and her questionable driving skills.
