Newman's Own

Newman to Acting: We're Dunzo

Screen legend Paul Newman has quit acting at the age of 82. The star said he will be running an organic restaurant near his home in Westport, Connecticut. Newman, whose last major film was 2002's Road to Perdition, won a 1986 Oscar for The Color of Money. The star of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, The Sting and Cool Hand Luke said: "I've been doing it for 50 years. That's enough. "I'm not able to act any more at the level I would want to."
