SOMEONE SET UP A PAYPAL ACCT FOR THE LARRY BIRKHEAD FUND

Larry Birkhead's former lawyer, Debra Opri, is taking the father of Anna Nicole Smith's baby to court.

The attorney is claiming that Birkhead has failed to pony up the $650,000 he owes in legal fees.

Birkhead "has refused and continues to refuse to pay [her] for any of her services," she claims.
