Well, according to CelebrityBabylon, rival photo agency X17online, had Lindsay's personal camera stolen out of her car when she valeted at The Ivy. (This was, of course, pre-2nd-time-around-rehab-in-less-than-a-year.) X17online then SOLD the stolen photos to various media outlets!
