NICOLE RICHIE ORDERED TO SERVE 4 DAYS

Nicole Richie has been ordered to serve 4 Days in county jail stemming from her DUI charge back in December. Her sentence is a far cry from her friend Paris Hilton who was ordered to serve 45 days in prison for her DUI.

In addition to the 4 day sentence, Nicole must also pay $2048 in fines, and complete her jail time by September.

Her baby with rocker boyfriend Joel Madden is due in January.
