BRITNEY CHARGED WITH HIT AND RUN

Britney Spears has just been slapped with "hit and run" charges, as well as driving with no license.  The charges stem from a fender bender that Brit had back on August 6th when she hit a parked car.  Britney is due in court on October 10th, where she will be arraigned on the charges.  She Faces up to 6 months in jail if convicted.

The picture above is from Britney's court ordered drug test she underwent yesterday.  She is crying upon being told that she will have to go to court on these charges.  If she wants to keep 50/50 custody of her sons she must take random drug tests.
