BROKE !

Howard K. Stern is telling the new issue of Us Weekly that he's brizoke.

Anna Nicole Smith's former lawyer, and the executor of her estate, says, "I am in debt and basically broke."

He tells the mag, "There's this impression out there that I am somehow making money off of Anna's death. It couldn't be further from the truth."

Due to the fact the he's suing more than a dozen people, including author Rita Cosby, Stern says that he owes his parents "hundreds of thousands of dollars."
