Britney' "manager" Osama Lutfi actually went on the record and blamed Spears' absence from the courtroom on Monday on the paparazzi.

He tells E! News that the throngs of paparazzi awaiting the former singer's arrival made it impossible for her to enter the building, as there was "no way to get her out of the car safely."
