Belly in one hand, bag in the other, mom-to-be Gwen Stefani was out and about in L.A. shopping – and getting a parking ticket! Also, Stefani and husband Gavin Rossdale brought first-born Kingston to a sing-a-long version of The Little Mermaid in the morning, and stopped by the park after so Kingston could let off some steam.
